Healthy Kitchen


  • How healthy are you is a measure of how healthy is your kitchen.
  • Does it look like a storage of more ready-to-eat, with preservatives, with a long shelf life, canned food, ready in 2-5 minutes?
  • Take all the refrigerated and ready-to-eat food out on a plate.
  • How does your plate look? More red, brown or more green and colourful?
  • If it is more of the first type your health monitor indicator is on the red line 
  • Makeover your pantry. Take a stock of snack foods, frozen foods, canned food, crackers. These are going out of your stock.
  • Get greens, leafy vegetables, fresh protein, fruits in.
  • Try and eat  whole foods like whole grains, fruits, selected seeds, nuts, leafy vegetables, colourful fresh vegetables, organic dairy. 
  • Ready to eat, fast foods, Crackers, Pastries are must "No-No". 
  • It is Simple to make-over.
  • Make sure you have the right proportion of Carbohydrate, Protein, Good Fat, Oil with required amount of essential minerals and Vitamins
  • Know your food 
  • Know which food is a enriched resource of which essential minerals 
  • Become aware of response of your body about suitability of food
  • Drink adequate water
  • Preservation of cooked food over long time loses nutrients
  • Heating and reheating food affects the quality of food. Try and eat food while it’s fresh.
  • Take 3 simple steps: 
    • Ask what's going out of the list
    • Ask what's coming in the list
    • Understand what is keeping you energetic, happy, light?
