As a result of present global economic impact, nature of requirements and demands on oneself have drastically changed. More and more demands and of various new types of demands are visible for the job holders. An increase in number of laying off of individuals not because they are unskilled, but more often because of the nature and focus of supply-demand of a company is changing at a faster rate than ever before. Thus individuals are under very high pressure of performance. Job timings are variable. Client satisfaction has become of highest focus of any company due to stiff competition and global players entering into what earlier used to be local markets and even in niche products are also facing lot more competition. So, eventually the rat race that we learn to master at school are transforming into higher speed, higher efficiency rat races, or we may also refer to it as "mice" race as most markets are becoming "a click away"or "available in tablet"(even some of the IIT Entrance Exam Training courses and 'Foundation IIT' courses).
To summarise, markets are larger, but artificially created demands of products are even larger, number of participants in the race is way more and finally by inducing fear or creating greed or by luring the number of consumers are growing day by day, second by second, hence who runs fast and/or first MAY win the race.
One of the consequences of this socio-economic condition is change in life-style. For some, it is too hectic, for others predictably unpredictable. Some jobs demand one to sit on a chair sometime revolving, sometimes broken, sometimes no backrest, sometimes no time to rest back, for hours together, without changing any posture, without blinking(if possible!), without drinking water or flushing out toxins from the body. Some jobs demand to roam on a bike in dust and smoke and sun or rain, or in ac fitted car for hours together in the city traffic or on mud roads and hard roads. Many jobs demand continuous compromise or non-arguable negotiations!
What are the consequences of all these?
Dear reader, you know it already! May be you are facing some of them right now.
To top it all we have older ideas of recovering from discomforts, pains and diseases. Most of the time this happens because we do not find a need to know and upgrade what we know about some ancient or newer diseases. With the intention to look into this so called known disease in a completely different perspective than what we usually hold on to I am uploading this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pjkC71exKU
